Scott Antel heads the firm's Hospitality Practice for Russia and the CIS. In his 17 years working in the region, he has worked with most all the major international hotels in Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Russian regions and CIS countries and is a recognised industry authority and a frequent speaker at major hotel conferences.
Mr. Antel regularly advises hotel clients on legal and taxation matters, including providing initial structuring advice, negotiating and drafting various hotel management, franchise and lease agreements, representing owners, operators and buyers, sellers. Mr. Antel has also assisted various Russian groups with hotel investments in Turkey, Asia, Montenegro and the Baltics.
