Dmitry is a partner and the Head of Law in the CIS, Ernst & Young Moscow.
He specializes in corporate and real estate law and has advised extensively in the hospitality and leisure, consumer products, and telecommunications sectors in Russia. Dmitry has also advised on a number of major inbound investment and high-profile corporate reorganization projects and is widely recognized as one of the leading providers of high-end corporate advisory services in the Russian legal market.
Dmitry earned his law degree with honors at Volgograd State University Law School. In addition, he studied law for a year in the United States at Cleveland State University and Case Western Reserve University as a recipient of a grant from the USIA NAFSA.
