James Corrigan

Managing Director, Investment Banking

 James Corrigan joined Troika in July 2011 as Managing Director of Investment Banking. He is responsible for arranging deals on debt and equity capital markets, advising on and implementing M&A deals, deal structuring and investment consultation for Real Estate and Construction Materials companies.

James began his career at Meridian Capital in September 2000. In December 2004 he entered Russia’s real estate industry by joining Jones Lang LaSalle where he remained until 2008 as National Director, Capital Markets. In July 2008 James joined VTB Capital and was responsible for investment banking in the real estate sector. He has been a Board member at a number of real estate companies as well.

Mr. Corrigan graduated from Trinity College, University of Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Russian language in 2000. He also studied at the Management Faculty of the State University of Saint Petersburg.
