Evgenyi Makarov is responsible for commercial real estate management of the project Roza Khutor in Sochi as well as a number of different projects controlled by Holding Company Interros. Having more than 12 years experience in real estate of Russia and CIS Evgenyi take part in the project development, management and construction of hotels, shopping centers, offices and other public objects. One of his main responsibilities – is to communicate with operators and tenants to provide financial efficiency of the projects.

Evgenyi have stated his career in consulting but during the course of the last 5 years he works in development companies of the Interros.  At the moment Evgeniy is involved in development of more than 250 000 sq. meters of hospitality and other commercial properties.
