Georg Folian

CFO, Warimpex Finanz-und Beteiligungs AG

Dkfm. Georg Folian (Austrian citizen) is a co-founder of the Company Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG and was appointed as a member of the Management Board of the Company on 2 September 1986. Dkfm. Georg Folian has more than 35 years of professional experience in central and Eastern Europe and more than 25 years in real estate development. He is also a member of the Supervisory Board and Shareholder of the Company Vienna International Hotelmanagement AG (since April 2003). Georg Folian is a graduate of Vienna University of Economics.
