Born in 1956 in Odessa. In 1978 graduated from the Odessa Marine Academy. 1978-1990 – Engineer, then - Chief engineer of the Black Sea Shipping Company. Since 1990 – founded number of private companies, including in 1992 - Double W:

·      1992-1997 – main activities in development and construction – commissioned more than 180,000 sq.m. (offices, apartments, banks, cottages);

·      1998 - till now – project development and investment activities in the hotel industry:

Projects commissioned earlier:

§  Radisson SAS Kyiv – 255 guestrooms, first internationally branded hotel in Kyiv and Ukraine.

§  Leonardo Business Center – first Class A international office centre in Ukraine (65,000 sq.m.).

§  Kosior Apartment Project Kyiv – 42,000 sq.m.
