Vyacheslav has more than 15 years of investment consulting and audit experience in IT & hospitality from MCD company in such top executive positions as Head of Commercial Real Estate Investment Consulting Department. In June 2008 he joined VIYM portfolio company CJSC Nikolskiye Ryady as Deputy General Director, from October 2008 was promoted to Development Manager position at VIYM Hotel Investments Office in St. Petersburg and has been heading the investment department of VIYM Hotel Investments Office since January 2010 managing such projects as Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg, Nikolskiye Ryady and Regional Hotel Chain, which is active across more than 20 largest Russia’s regions.
