David Jenkins

Head of Hospitality, Russia & CIS

In Moscow since 1995, David Jenkins joined Cushman & Wakefield, as Head of Hospitality for Russia and the region in May 2010. David has led hotel consulting teams in Russia since 2006 and prior to this had 15 years of hotel management experience in Moscow and London. He is viewed as one of the key experts in the region.
 
Recent successes have included the development of a concept for a 3,600 room resort in Sochi and subsequent branding with an international operator. David leads a team experienced in feasibility studies, operator search, valuations, asset management and capital markets.
