Sergey Kanyev holds two university degrees, in engineering and in law, and OREA International Certificate in Commercial Real Estate.

In over 11 years in the real estate business he has worked for a number of leading Russian and foreign companies, including CCF International Consultants Ltd. (Canada), M+W Zander Facility Management Gmbh, Jones Lang LaSalle, PromSviazNedvizhimost CJSC.

In 2010 Sergey was appointed the Commercial Director of Nagatino i-Land Business Park. In this capacity he is responsible for driving sales and establishing relations with major players of the commercial real estate market.

Nagatino i-Land Business Park, Moscow, is one of the largest office centers in the Russian capital, with the total commercial area of appr. 1 000 000 sq.m., mostly B+ office space.

The development is situated in 7 km from the city center and on three sides borders on the Moscow River. Of the five phases planned, the first is already operational and houses offices of a number of Russian and international companies. The technopark’s infrastructure includes two hotels, conference facilities, two data centers, parking garages, retail space, restaurants and cafes, public services, etc. The technopark is conveniently located in close proximity to the city center, on a major road to Domodedovo Airport.
