Alex has 36 years experience providing M&A, strategic, financial and integration services to travel, hospitality and leisure companies. As the Partner in charge of the Global Travel, Hospitality and Leisure industry programme at Deloitte, Alex has an in-depth understanding of the trends that impact the performance of the industry and their implication on shareholder value. Alex has advised many prominent hospitality and leisure companies, their owners, lenders and other investors on strategy, M&A transactions and risk management. Alex also represents the firm in its partnership with the World Economic Forum on Travel and Tourism and has direct responsibility for the development of the Board of Governor’s day at Davos on Travel and Tourism.
