Tatiana Veller is a Managing Director of HVS Executive Search in Russia. Tatiana specializes in Executive Search and human capital consulting for all facets of Hospitality industry in the territory of Russia, Georgia, CIS and the Baltics. Preceding Tatiana’s Executive Search experience with some leading US firms, she spent six years in managerial positions in hospitality operations and headquarters in major companies in Russia and US (Radisson, Hyatt, LSG Skychefs). Additionally, Tatiana has a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Russian Academy of Economics n.a. Plekhanov and an MBA in International Management from University of St.-Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. This gives Tatiana a unique understanding of the industry and the types of people who can drive performance.
