Mark Wynne-Smith

Mr Wynne-Smith leads the EMEA team of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels.  The 100 strong team provides corporate strategic, restructuring and transaction advice, equity and debt financing advice, management contract negotiation, asset management, development structuring, valuation advice and market research.

In the past few years, Mr Wynne-Smith has had extensive involvement in the structuring and successful closing of a number of hotel portfolio sales including advising Intercontinental Hotels Group on their successful $2.9 billion divestment of their pan European hotel portfolios.  Aside from managing his team, he currently focuses on corporate M&A, portfolio and trophy asset sales of interest to international buyers.
