 Murat Yilmaz heads as Vice President Development at Dedeman Hotels & Resorts since Aug 2011.

Dedeman Hotels & Resorts is operating in Turkey, Uzbekistan, Syria and Bulgaria  with a total of 19 hotels.

With over 23 years of experience in hotel  and real estate business – He  worked for  Hilton, Renaissance and JW Marriott Hotel Brands in Europa, Russia and Kazakhstan as Director of Finance  before joining a real estate developer company -Capital Partners (CP) - as Director Hotel Business Developments and Asset Management.  Where he was responsible for new hotel developments and  as well as owned operational hotel assets; Ritz Carlton Moscow, Renaissance Atyrau, Marriott Executive Apartments Atyrau and Renaissance Aktau Hotel.

Background:

-       Hotelfachschule Koblenz / Germany – ‘Staatlich Geprüften Hotelbetriebswirt’ degree

-       Cornell University – ‘Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management’ certificate

He is fluent in Turkish, English and German
