Suzi Yoder

Vice President International Operations

Suzi Yoder is a 25-year hospitality industry veteran who joined Best Western International in 1994. In her current position Suzi is responsible for uniting Best Western’s development and operations arms for all areas outside of the United States, Canada and Asia. She also oversees the management of agreements with entities sub-licensing the Best Western name in various countries around the world.

She began her career at Best Western in 1994 as the director of European Reservations. In that role she oversaw the day-to-day operation of the Italian, Irish and Asian Reservation and Customer Care centers.

Prior to joining Best Western International, MacDonald had a 15-year career with Utell International where she held various senior positions including the Director of Sales & Operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
